Waking up is about more than getting out of bed and going through the motions. It's about taking a breath, being where your feet are and enjoying the people and things around you. Chef Marco is back, keeping things moving this morning with another recipe for your daily detox. This time, he's taking over our instagram, running us through the perfect avocado toast.

2 slices sprouted bread, toasted or rice cakes
1 avocado sliced
3 grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup arugula
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
sprinkle a m. SALT
sprinkle red pepper flake
Toast your bread in the oven at 375 degrees for about 2-3 minutes. Slice your tomatoes into bite size pieces. Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the seed. Then, run your knife down to create 1/8 inch long slices and spoon out. Place a few slices on the toast, and top with slices of tomato. Next, add a few pieces of arugula, a drizzle of olive oil and finish with a sprinkling of a m. SALT.
